NECESSARY INFORMATION ON THE PROCESS OF LAND ALLOCATION/DEVELOPMENT AT THE REDEMPTION CITY


1. Land is allocated freely to members with adequate information of ability to build within specified period.

2. Land allocated, must be completed within Three months from the date of allocation.

3. A room must be provided having attached conveniences as mission apartment. The keys of which must be handed over on completion to the maintenance officer at the Camp.

4. Furnishing of such apartment is optional and its use is at the discretion of the mission.

5. All house owners are to co-operate with the Redemption Camp Home Owners Association. As to development fees, covering water, electricity, and road maintenance;

6. Two thousand Naira (N2, 000.00) Cash is to be paid to the maintenance office when land is allocated. This is to ensure that roads are made motorable to the land just allocated.

7. For storey buildings, 5 sets of structural details are to be submitted to the maintenance office while 5 sets of architectural design will be required for bungalows at the commencement of construction.

8. Please, note that the Structure is not transferable.
